TECHNOLOGY
DJP ENERGY have been developing over the past five years an energy reduction device labeled as the Eco-Regulator 2 which enables at the same time:
- To reduce their electricity and heating bills between a range of 18 % to 25 %
- To diminish atmospheric pollution (SO2 and CO2)
Very efficient, this device can be used on any water, air and gas system or any type of furnace, air conditioning unit or compressor.
Today, Eco-Regulator it the only recognized and tested device that regulates a primary heating or cooling circuit.
DJP ENERGY has been investing both in research and marketing over the last ten years an amount of 1,3 million Euros to work out and make known the results of its Eco-Regulator.
As a result, DJP ENERGY has secured a strong backlog, of which orders for 4,500 units of Eco-Regulator 2 from two very large French companies, GDF (Gaz de France, the national gas company) and Carrefour (one of the world leader in mass distribution).

EUROPEAN NORMS REQUIREMENT

OSEO (a French public institution under the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry which supports the development of new technologies by small companies), ADEME (French Public Environment and Energy Agency), and DRIRE (Regional public Agency for the development of new technologies)
- Eco-Regulator 2 performances is highly admitted by several large users :
(ALSTHOM, ARMEE, AUCHAN, BERTAND FAURE, BLANC AERO, CARREFOUR, CIC, CORA, CREDIT AGRICOLE, DOUANES, FIAT, FORD, FRANCE TELECOM, GENERAL MOTORS, GIAT, GUY DEGRENNE, IVECO, L’ENVIRONNEMENT, LECLERC, MAIRIE DE PARIS, MOULINEX, PEUGEOT CITROEN, POSTE, RENAULT, SACILOR, SATAM, SOCIETE GENERALE, SOLLAC, TOYOTA, VAG).
CO2 SO2 EMISSIONS REDUCTION
As a result of the decrease in the emission of SO2 and CO2, Eco-Regulator 2 qualifies its users to benefit from new French regulations stipulating a compulsory energy reduction and C02 emissions in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol. As such, users will be entitled to Energy Reductions Certificates (“CEE”), which are tradable instruments.
ECO REGULATOR PRODUCTION
The production of the Eco-Regulator 2 is planned to be outsourced during the first year of operation to M2J, a company specialized in electronic components for military applications located in Dourdan, France. This company has the capacity to produce 2,000 units of Eco-Regulator 2 each month. However, the founders of DJPE intend to secure the production of their product by creating a joint venture with M2J, whereby they would control 70% of the company, M2J the remaining 30%. This negotiation is intended to take place during 2009. Meanwhile, the units required immediately will be produced by M2J.
COMMERCIALIZE THE ECO REGULATOR 2
DJP ENERGY will not sell the Eco-Regulator 2 to individual users since it would require a very large network and raise many issues. Its main targets are the following companies and /or institutions:
- Heating/cooling equipment suppliers;
- Public Services: hospitals & retirement homes, schools, public buildings;
- Retail chains;
- Large real estate owners such as insurance companies and banks;
- Large industrial groups.
These will be classified into key accounts and will be managed from the Paris Headquarters. In addition, during 2009 and 2010 DJP ENERGY will establish offices in 5 French cities (Lyon, Caen, Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Lille) to ensure that it can reach medium-size buyers.
ORGANIZATION
A team centralized in Paris is managed by DJP ENERGY.
Key functions will be handled by DJP ENERGY, either in Paris or in the various offices:
- General management, administration and sales
- Coordination of the production
- Key account management
- On-line monitoring of the performance of the Eco-Regulator 2
- Maintenance of the Eco-Regulator 2 (teams will be located in each DJP ENERGY offices for quick turnaround).
DJP ENERGY will sub-contract the installation of the Eco-Regulator 2 to companies specialized in the installation of furnaces or air conditioning units. Since the units do not require much maintenance, DJPE will perform maintenance itself.
